On view now through December 9 - December 18 at Greene Naftali (New York) is The Foundation for Contemporary Arts benefit exhibition, featuring Meena Hasan's 2019 painting, Picking Split Ends. This year, Harlem-based visual artist, writer, and performer Sonia Louise Davis was invited to curate the benefit exhibition, and included work by 106 participating artists.
In the spirit of its artists for artists legacy, The Foundation for Contemporary Arts invited Harlem-based visual artist, writer, and performer Sonia Louise Davis to curate this year's exhibition, and bring together work by John Cage, Jasper Johns, Alex Katz and many others. The works will be offered for sale to directly support FCA's grant-making programs.
