Tim Donovan and Sam Trioli are the founders of LAUNCH F18, a gallery in New York City. They have conducted over 50 exhibitions, showing the work of emerging, mid-career and established artists, including thoughtful exhibitions by gallery artists: Nathan Dilworth, Andrej Dubravsky, Eric Freeman, B.D. Graft, Meena Hasan, Erika Mahr, Frankie Rice, Didi Rojas and Bradford Willingham. Founded in 2011, the gallery moved in 2015 to 94 Allen Street and in that time conducted eleven exhibitions, mounting shows with artists Eric Freeman, Matt Ducklo, Nathaniel Robinson, with curatorial projects by Jack Pierson, Dan Nadel and others. In 2016 the gallery returned to its Tribeca location where it continues to organize meaningful and ambitious exhibitions.
Donovan and Trioli have selected artists B.D. Graft and Lisa Paige to be featured in this special exhibition, the first ever from an outside curator on the Schoolhouse Gallery’s walls. LAUNCH F18 Selects will open to the public on May 28th and remain on view through June 30, 2021.
The Schoolhouse Gallery is located at 494 Commercial Street in the heart of Provincetown’s historic East End Gallery District. Visit us safely by appointment or on line at www.galleryschoolhouse.com.

Lisa Paige is a New Hampshire based artist who graduated from The New Hampshire
Institute of Art in 2007. Focusing on embroidery, Lisa's work combines handsewn
imagery with an attention to the everyday. In the artist's own words, Lisa discusses her
work as "Representing the flashes of google searches, accessible and excess
information at a schizophrenic pace, but with some celebration instead of the continual
despair over where we are as a human race. " Throughout her work, there is not only
the familiar that one can find, but also the humor and joy that is associated or
recognized in the playfulness of this cherished medium.
